Repairs Diagnosis

Includes:

  • Check & diagnosis of low health hybrid battery cells.

  • Check & diagnosis of corrosion to wiring.

  • Check & diagnosis of balancing module faults.

Price: £90.00 On-Site Only

Duration: 1 Working Day

Low Health / Capacity Cell Replacement

Includes:

  • Full capacity test and report of existing cell health.

  • Up to 6 replacement cells included in fixed price service.

  • Additional cells above the included 6x at a discounted rate.

  • Full re-balance and health check of all other components.

  • Road tested before vehicle handed over.

Option 1: Removal and refitting of the battery is not included.

Option 2: Removal and refitting of the battery is included.

Duration: 1-3 Working Days

Additional costs may apply if other issues are identified during repair (See electrical component repairs below).

Additional charges apply for: Estima, Alphard, Camry.

*For Gen2/Gen3 Tested & Reconditioned Cells. Gen4 Replacements carry additional charges.

Full Battery Pack Replacement

Includes:

  • Full capacity test and report of existing cell health.

  • Up to 28 replacement NiMh Gen 2 or Gen 3 hybrid battery cells.

  • Additional cells for larger packs (30, 32, 34, 40 cells) charged at a discounted rate.

  • Full re-balance and health check of all other components.

  • Road tested before vehicle handed over.

Price: £POA (Dependent on vehicle).

Duration: 1-3 Working Days (Dependent on vehicle).

Electrical Component Repairs

We can also carry out repairs to broken, corroded or damaged wiring, computer modules and other components of your Toyota / Lexus hybrid battery. These repairs are case-by-case and can only be quoted for following investigation and diagnosis.

  • Full repair or replacement of electrical components and / or wiring.

Price: £60 Per Hour Diagnosis Fee. Full repair cost quoted following diagnosis.

Duration: Varies based on intricacy and component.

Hybrid Battery Upgrades

We also offer capacity upgrades to certain battery packs.

  • Gen 2 Toyota Upgraded TO Gen 3 or Gen 4 Toyota.

  • Gen 3 Toyota Upgraded TO Gen 4 Toyota.

  • NiMh > Li-Ion Upgrades.

Price: Quoted on a case by case basis.

Duration: Varies based on intricacy.
